There are many reasons why properties get seized by the government and thus, are auctioned to the highest bidder. The properties that are seized may not only be in the form of a house or business &' they might be in the form of a car, boats, bank accounts, airplanes, and even cash.

For one thing, when the owner of the property doesnt pay his monthly dues, his properties gets seized by the government and are put onto government seized property auctions. Our family experienced this several years ago when sheriffs pounded on our doors in the middle of the afternoon.
